Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We support a 60-day return policy for all eligible products. Customers may apply for a return for quality problems, product mismatch, or other reasonable reasons within the valid return period.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition with complete original packaging. Returns caused by product quality problems are not subject to packaging restrictions.

3. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and verify your returned items, all valid refund applications will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.

4. Return & Refund Rules

For returns due to product quality issues or our operational errors, we will bear the full return logistics cost. For voluntary customer returns, relevant return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to reject invalid return applications that do not comply with return rules.

5. Partial Refund

For orders with partial product returns, we will calculate the refund amount based on the unit price of the returned items and complete the refund within the specified time.
